Meet Zack + Amy
When Zack's best friend Ryan encouraged him to come to the University of Kentucky to continue his education, he had no idea that move would lead him to the love of his life. Amy + Zack met at the University of Kentucky and found themselves in Lexington to tie the knot. They chose Fasig Tipton, a gorgeous Thoroughbred Auction Company with grounds right in the heart of the bluegrass and blanketed in a soft layer of beautiful fall leaves.
The morning of November 11th had the girls up bright and early for a pre-sunrise spin class (way to go ladies!) and then a mimosa filled dance party to Kanye and re-tellings of the epic story of Amy loosing her engagement ring in a lake at her bachelorette weekend. To keep a long (but very entertaining!) story short, in a last ditch effort to find the ring after goggles failed- one of the girls lifted a handful of lake dirt up in her hands and right on top was the ring. Let's call that a fateful sign that this union is meant to be! :)
Their first look was heartfelt and sweet bringing a calmness to the day that gave everything else an element of ease. Guests came huddled in coats to enjoy the chilly evening ceremony under the yellow trees. There was laughter and tears, a kiss on the hand and they were pronounced, "The Andersons!" A wonderful party and dancing followed well into the night.
Zack + Amy- it was such a joy to be part of your wedding day and get to witness your love for each other so closely. I hope you love the way your day was documented! <3
