I met them at Whitehall’s gorgeous gardens in Louisville, Kentucky to document this sweet time in their lives amongst the spring colors. They welcomed their baby, a little boy named Skye, in April! I hope you enjoy some favorites from my session with them!

I joined family at the University of Kentucky Arboretum for a mini session to document some portraits of them with baby Mia! We strolled through the gardens chatting about how they grew up two hours from each other in Mexico but met in the U.S. and tried our best to get three month old Mia to show us her beautiful smile. It was so wonderful to meet them and I hope everyone enjoys their sweet images! <3

These high school sweethearts dreamed of their wedding day together since the first days of their relationship and were so excited when the day finally arrived! :) A+A love UK but will be cheering on the Cats from their new home in Alabama this year as Austin continues his veterinary education and Alyson teaches first grade! It was an absolute honor to be part of their wedding day and celebrate with your nearest + dearest. 

Julie + Matt welcomed little Maisy a few weeks earlier than expected (just like mom!). She's been a wide eyed addition to their already full and energetic house. We spent an afternoon together trying to keep Maisy asleep on someone's shoulder and even managed to get a full family photo on the bed (but cruise to the last photo to see how it looked most of the time ;)) Enjoy their in home newborn session in Georgetown, Kentucky!

Holly + Tyler, inspired by a trip to Ireland together, knew the name Sutton was the perfect unique name for their baby girl. At twelve days old little Sutton Claire already has both mom, dad and grandma totally smitten with her... but her furry siblings are still adjusting ;) Enjoy a sweet peek into their Lexington, Kentucky in home newborn session filled with lots of snuggling, dimples and tiny toes.

Autumn + Joey welcomed baby Georgiana in June and she has completely stolen their hearts. It's always an honor to document a family at the beginning of a new chapter in their lives and spend quiet moments with them at home. These little details are fleeting treasures; the way Georgi lays and positions her legs because she was born breech, how Autumn strokes her arm and kisses her feet during feeding and the way Joey's facial hair makes her face crunch. Brooke + Jeremy recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary but year number two will look a bit different with the addition of a baby girl! :) We spent an evening out on the farm in Bardstown, Kentucky to document this sweet time before little Avery arrives!

Corey + Noël are high school sweethearts ready to take on the next adventures together in life! The first of those adventures is their 50lb fur baby named Jax and the next is marriage! :) We enjoyed a summer evening at Keeneland together and ended with a bike ride- but the surprise is that the bikes are special! Corey's grandparent's gave them the vintage bikes that they too rode and loved... but they needed quite a bit of work. After some new tires, tune up and shine they were ready for a new life on the road starting with this photo session! <3
