This adorable crew is adding a little boy to the family soon! They met me on a beautiful day in Louisville to document this sweet time in their lives together at the Brown Forman Silo Center in the Parklands.

I met them at Whitehall’s gorgeous gardens in Louisville, Kentucky to document this sweet time in their lives amongst the spring colors. They welcomed their baby, a little boy named Skye, in April! I hope you enjoy some favorites from my session with them!

What better reason for portraits than to celebrate 16 years of marriage! I met Brandon + Tracie at St. James Court in Old Louisville to document their love for each other in a neighborhood that holds many early memories for them. Their energy was infectious, they laugh so easily (which you should be able to tell :)) and by the end I was absolutely feeling #relationshipgoals. Enjoy some of my favorites from our time together!

Meet Michael + Maggie, also known amongst family and friends as the McBears. They are a hilarious and self proclaimed nerdy pair that love puzzles, escape rooms and working out together. They even got engaged after a live game of Clue in downtown Louisville. Almost seven years ago I was standing in this exact spot photographing Brendan + Dominique on their wedding day. Things have changed quite a bit for them since then so with their anniversary coming up we planned a quick mini family session while they were in Louisville in the same spot they said, “I do!”. It was so special to see them again and attempt to recreate an image they love from their wedding day- but with four kiddos in the frame too. Enjoy! <3

I met Michael + Chelsea at a wedding several years ago and was so excited to see they finally got engaged and even more excited when Chelsea contacted me about taking some portraits together! These two are getting married on the beach in the Dominican Republic next month but with a winter wedding they wanted some snuggly couple portraits in Louisville together too. With flurries falling this fun pair danced and laughed their way through the chilly December afternoon. One of the most important things to William and Megan on their wedding day was keeping the tradition of seeing each other for the first time at the alter. As the sun began to set and colored light filtered through the stain glass windows, Megan and her father met an anxious and teary-eyed William at the end of the aisle. Karl + Marlie met through mutual friends on the Louisville waterfront. Their first date took them across the river to Indiana at Falls of the Ohio State Park where we met up at sunrise for their engagement session. From nose kisses to tush grabbing these two are goofy and charming, complimenting each other so well. Enjoy their Louisville engagement session!

Meet Scott and Brittany! These two goof balls casually met during a rotation Brittany had for physical therapy and though they didn't hit off right away, the two kept in contact online for a year- mostly talking about sports :) These two wanted some fun, non-traditional engagement photos to show off their personalities so we mixed those goofy ones in with the pretty and romantic ones. It was such a joy to spend an evening with them at Locust Grove in Louisville.
