This adorable crew is adding a little boy to the family soon! They met me on a beautiful day in Louisville to document this sweet time in their lives together at the Brown Forman Silo Center in the Parklands.

I met them at Whitehall’s gorgeous gardens in Louisville, Kentucky to document this sweet time in their lives amongst the spring colors. They welcomed their baby, a little boy named Skye, in April! I hope you enjoy some favorites from my session with them!

What better reason for portraits than to celebrate 16 years of marriage! I met Brandon + Tracie at St. James Court in Old Louisville to document their love for each other in a neighborhood that holds many early memories for them. Their energy was infectious, they laugh so easily (which you should be able to tell :)) and by the end I was absolutely feeling #relationshipgoals. Enjoy some of my favorites from our time together!

Meet Michael + Maggie, also known amongst family and friends as the McBears. They are a hilarious and self proclaimed nerdy pair that love puzzles, escape rooms and working out together. They even got engaged after a live game of Clue in downtown Louisville. Almost seven years ago I was standing in this exact spot photographing Brendan + Dominique on their wedding day. Things have changed quite a bit for them since then so with their anniversary coming up we planned a quick mini family session while they were in Louisville in the same spot they said, “I do!”. It was so special to see them again and attempt to recreate an image they love from their wedding day- but with four kiddos in the frame too. Enjoy! <3

Joel, Emma and baby Viv currently call Taiwan home but while visiting family in the U.S. they squeezed in some time for family photos with me at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky! Even at a few months old Viv is already full of personality and kept us all laughing with her giggles and scowls and looks of judgement. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites! <3

I met Michael + Chelsea at a wedding several years ago and was so excited to see they finally got engaged and even more excited when Chelsea contacted me about taking some portraits together! These two are getting married on the beach in the Dominican Republic next month but with a winter wedding they wanted some snuggly couple portraits in Louisville together too. With flurries falling this fun pair danced and laughed their way through the chilly December afternoon. I loved so many photos from their session it was hard to narrow down my favorites- so I hope you enjoy! <3

This future palentologist just turned SIX! Brayden loves dinosaurs (his mom and I joked that he's totally channeling young Ross Gellar from Friends <3) and is a ball of energy! We spent a half hour at The Studio Cottage in Lexington, Kentucky driving upside down cars, jumping around in pillows and reading dinosaur books. After our session I got a text from his mom that said, "Brayden wants me to share that he wants you to babysit him because you are so fun. That's the highest honor from him!". I'm pretty sure that's the best review I've ever gotten <3

Peter and Dominique loaded up the family, including the family dog Rollo and Peter’s parents, to enjoy an afternoon running through the corn stalks, watching Rollo deal with Noah’s loving but aggressive hugs and seeing Ron befriend the local camel at Eckert-Boyd Orchard in Versailles, Kentucky. There were also apple cider donuts- but they were so delicious they went unphotographed. :) Join us for their fun afternoon that has pictures to prove it. :)
