They chose Fasig Tipton, a gorgeous Thoroughbred Auction Company with grounds right in the heart of the bluegrass and blanketed in a soft layer of beautiful fall leaves. I spent an afternoon with Grant + Kara as they cracked each other up and loved on each other at Buffalo Trace Distillery. Just because everyone needs some pictures with the one they love. :)

Melanie and Ryles Tie the Knot! ” headed their custom wedding day newspaper as guests grabbed their late morning coffee and strolled by the grapevines to the gorgeous ceremony location at Talon Winery in Lexington, Kentucky. The hills of Shakertown as our backdrop M+M twirled (probably a few too many times, but I just love a twirling dress AND they took dance lessons) in the setting sun, popped champagne together for a small romantic picnic under the trees and took a stroll as the sunset sky and full moon looked down upon them. It was truly such a lovely day.

Luke + Katy have known each other since they were kids and unrequited crushes finally turned into the perfect match! Enjoy their farm wedding filled with Chacos, a pizza food truck, barefoot sunset portraits and touching toasts. This celebration was such a joy to be part of. Enjoy!

Documenting families is one of my favorite things, especially when I’ve been doing so since Matt and Dawn’s wedding day. We spent a warm April evening playing on the backyard rope swing, blowing bubble and swinging at the park. Max and Evie are at such fun ages and I hope these photos freeze this pocket of time for them <3 Enjoy!

Southern hospitality shined at their beautiful rehearsal dinner on the Millard's family farm and their wedding celebration at UK's Spindletop Hall.
