Grass Stained Knees and Swings | A Playful Family Session

Documenting families is one of my favorite things, especially when I’ve been doing so since Matt and Dawn’s wedding day. They have always let me into their world, adding a chair to the dinner table and chatting with me well into the evening after the kids have gone to bed. Our photography sessions together have included baking, carving pumpkins, walks in the park, throwing leaves and reading bedtime stories. For this session we spent a warm April evening playing on the backyard rope swing, blowing bubbles and swinging at the park. Max and Evie are at such fun ages and I hope these photos freeze this pocket of time for them <3 Enjoy!
