Cheers to One Year | Martin + Marcie

Martin + Marcie met while waiting tables many years ago. A year of shameless flirting, which finally led to a date, which lead to them being inseparable ever since! They were married in Lexington last summer and now spend their days in the throughs of Mr. and Mrs. life- work, home improvements and new found hobbies like cheese making. I heard that hobby is going well! Marcie wanted another reason to wear her wedding dress and have some portraits taken together on a warm summer evening. What better way to celebrate a year of marriage, am I right?

The hills of Shakertown as our backdrop M+M twirled (probably a few too many times, but I just love a twirling dress AND they took dance lessons) in the setting sun, popped champagne together for a small romantic picnic under the trees and took a stroll as the sunset sky and full moon looked down upon them. It was truly such a lovely day. Happy one year anniversary M+M! I hope you loved our evening together and the images full of hand holding, snuggling and twirling. <3
