Meet Michael + Maggie, also known amongst family and friends as the McBears. They are a hilarious and self proclaimed nerdy pair that love puzzles, escape rooms and working out together. They even got engaged after a live game of Clue in downtown Louisville. It was so fun to take updated family photos for the Lyttle's! They moved to a beautiful new neighborhood last year that overlooks farms so we stepped into their back yard and took a drive down the road to find the settings for their session. Join us for their fun and fall colorful session!

I am always so humbled by the families to choose me to capture their family year, after year. The Adamany’s have done that FOUR years in a row! We switched it up this year from green + nature to gritty, urban and industrial. Kylie + Elysse literally rocked their leather jackets and pink dresses on this shoot and we had such a wonderful time spinning, skipping and making silly faces together. Enjoy! <3

Any good media maven needs updated photos from time to time so we spent an evening strolling the downtown of Ashland for some updated images!

The hills of Shakertown as our backdrop M+M twirled (probably a few too many times, but I just love a twirling dress AND they took dance lessons) in the setting sun, popped champagne together for a small romantic picnic under the trees and took a stroll as the sunset sky and full moon looked down upon them. It was truly such a lovely day.

It's clear that DJ and Kailey communicate best through laughter- they are always cracking jokes and goofing off. DJ and Kailey felt like long lost friends the first time we met and they brought that same endearing energy to their engagement session. Since I photographed Michael and Grace's wedding last year their family has already grown by 4 paws and soon by two feet! I loved catching up with them on a gorgeous fall afternoon at Ashland the Henry Clay Estate.
