David is an actor, independent film maker and owner of his own fully integrated digital production company, Feel Thunder Media. After spending a decade in Los Angeles, David and I reconnected when he moved back to Kentucky and created together in downtown Lexington, Kentucky.

Joe + Tivoli found a few era treasures someone cast back into the world and strutted them to the Burl in Lexington, Kentucky for the 80’s prom! As the Donnelly's spend their last holiday season as a family of 5 we got together for some family portraits, some Saturday morning doodling and a little jumping on the couch at Blue Stallion Brewery in Lexington, Ky. Sitting beside Glenn's Creek in Frankfort, Ky the Old Taylor Distillery property is now a revitalized bourbon distillery named Castle and Key. The grounds offer an industrial haven of still abandoned warehouses, a gorgeous sunken garden, a spring house with Greek/Roman references and other buildings with surprises behind their doors. Ian is a new employee here, so it was a wonderful backdrop for him and Rayann to say, "I do!". See their romantic and colorful fall wedding day on the blog here!

I am always so humbled by the families to choose me to capture their family year, after year. The Adamany’s have done that FOUR years in a row! We switched it up this year from green + nature to gritty, urban and industrial. Kylie + Elysse literally rocked their leather jackets and pink dresses on this shoot and we had such a wonderful time spinning, skipping and making silly faces together. Enjoy! <3
