An Irish boy and Colorado girl met in Kentucky the old fashioned way- through mutual friends at a bar! These two horse lovers went their separate ways for five years but eventually reconnected and the rest, as they say, is history! Eventing and horse training keep them traveling and apart quite a bit but when they’re together this pair keep each other smiling and laughing. The hills of Shakertown as our backdrop M+M twirled (probably a few too many times, but I just love a twirling dress AND they took dance lessons) in the setting sun, popped champagne together for a small romantic picnic under the trees and took a stroll as the sunset sky and full moon looked down upon them. It was truly such a lovely day.

It's clear that DJ and Kailey communicate best through laughter- they are always cracking jokes and goofing off. DJ and Kailey felt like long lost friends the first time we met and they brought that same endearing energy to their engagement session. For Peter and Dominique the roads of their love story have gone straight, weaved and split, split and weaved in yet they somehow always find their way back to each other. There are few stories I know better than theirs, which almost makes it harder to put into words.
