Brad and Bennett are high school best friends that realized they had a thing for each other in college. They have since made Lexington their home together with their three sweet pups! When they aren’t working they love to spend time outdoors on the weekends in Red River Gorge- which is where they recently got engaged! We spent a beautiful fall evening at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky for their engagement session to catch the fall color and capture their love for each other. College sweethearts, Stephen and Molly, officially became the Gordinier’s at the Ashford Acres Inn in Cynthiana, Kentucky on a memorably stormy day in August. I was up before the sun on a very hot July morning to join Alexis Sheffield and her Corgi, Remy, out on the farm to pick flowers for her business Wild Roots Farmer Florist. We chatted as the sun rose and dew wet her jeans and feet about the schedule her life takes in the colorful months. All the hours outside of her 9-5 job are spent tending the garden, picking flowers, assembling beautiful arrangements for deliveries, bouquets, and weddings- and we laughed when I asked her literally sit and immerse herself in the marigolds <3 Join us out in the field and see how beautiful her hard work is.

Both horse lovers and effortless laughers this joyful pair married on a rainy day in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado Springs, Colorado at the Club at Flying Horse. Steven and Monika are Kentucky natives and travel nurses. They currently live full-time in an RV in Reno, Nevada with their precious pups. While on a quick wedding planning trip to Kentucky I met up with Drew + Naz at their wedding venue The Vintage Barn at Merefield in Midway, Kentucky for an engagement session in the sunflower fields. It was truly a dreamy evening and I absolutely loved getting to experience how much there two laugh and play together.
