Drew + Nazeeha met in medical school and have since traveled the world together. This hilarious, compassionate and fun loving pair even got engaged in the Himalayan mountains. They married on first weekend in October at the Vintage Barn at Merefield Farm in Midway, Kentucky in 2019 with a two day, multicultural celebration. Kate and Jonathan met at the Lexington farmers market, had their first of many dates at Cup of Commonwealth coffee shop and plan to be married at Limestone Hall. We visited the places that are part of the past, present and future in their love story for their engagement session and it was so much fun. They are effortlessly fun with each other and it was a blast to bounce around Lexington with them for an evening to document their love for each other at the University of Kentucky and their favorite watering hole, West Sixth Brewery. Brad and Bennett are high school best friends that realized they had a thing for each other in college. They have since made Lexington their home together with their three sweet pups! When they aren’t working they love to spend time outdoors on the weekends in Red River Gorge- which is where they recently got engaged! We spent a beautiful fall evening at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky for their engagement session to catch the fall color and capture their love for each other. College sweethearts, Stephen and Molly, officially became the Gordinier’s at the Ashford Acres Inn in Cynthiana, Kentucky on a memorably stormy day in August. They shared a first look and vows on the front steps of the inn, danced beneath the giant trees and celebrated as only they could. I hope you enjoy some favorites from their wedding day!

Meet The Coach House at Zorro Event Center! Is it weird to meet a building? Not when it’s one of the most gorgeous new event spaces in Lexington, Ky! Located in an area popular for fox hunting the Spanish word for fox, Zorro, is a fitting name for this gorgeous newly built barn set in the bluegrass countryside. It’s seamless interior boasts stone floors, reclaimed wood walls, hidden entrances off the main space and multiple sets of double doors that open up to views of the surrounding fields and forest (and none of that includes the phenomenal upstairs spaces!). A seemingly quiet southern girl from Kentucky finally connected with a sarcastic New Yorker at a CBS Sports Holiday party. Following their first date, Eric and Blair were essentially inseparable. They currently call New York City home but decided that Lexington, Kentucky would be the perfect setting for their “I do’s”! They wed on a rainy Saturday in May, surrounded by their dearest family and friends on the Keeneland Clubhouse lawn. Their entire day was filled with laughter and dancing. They even made the same face when I said “you’re getting married today!” :) Join us for their seriously fun southern celebration!

Meet Corey + Noel. These high school sweethearts started dating their junior year and have since truly grown up together. As life brought them big life changes they navigated them together hand in hand. They tied the knot at Manchester Music Hall in Lexington, Kentucky in April. Justin + Jessica met through mutual friends while attending Transylvania University. After Justin graduated they made things official and have been enjoying of concerts, drinking bourbon, stand up comedy shows and their dog, Kobe, since 2012. For their engagement session we visited many places in Lexington they love- including Transy where they met, The Burl where they love to see shows, The Lexington Distillery District and a favorite bar of theirs, The Village Idiot, and ended the evening with some after dark photos in downtown Lexington.
