I met them at Whitehall’s gorgeous gardens in Louisville, Kentucky to document this sweet time in their lives amongst the spring colors. They welcomed their baby, a little boy named Skye, in April! I hope you enjoy some favorites from my session with them!

When Izabela studied abroad at the University of Kentucky many years ago she fell in love with Kentucky and decided to come back for Graduate School! Although she had to leave her beloved Belgian Malinois pup home in Brazil, her fiancé, Marcio, came to Kentucky with her. They decided to get married with an intimate courthouse ceremony and celebration in Lexington!

Drew + Nazeeha met in medical school and have since traveled the world together. This hilarious, compassionate and fun loving pair even got engaged in the Himalayan mountains. They married on first weekend in October at the Vintage Barn at Merefield Farm in Midway, Kentucky in 2019 with a two day, multicultural celebration. College sweethearts, Stephen and Molly, officially became the Gordinier’s at the Ashford Acres Inn in Cynthiana, Kentucky on a memorably stormy day in August. They shared a first look and vows on the front steps of the inn, danced beneath the giant trees and celebrated as only they could. I hope you enjoy some favorites from their wedding day!

The Horton’s are a special family to me because they were one of my very first weddings I ever photographed. Now every few years they invite me back to take pictures of their family and it is an absolute treat to see them as parents. They met me close to sunrise at Alms Park in Cincinnati with bagels and coffee and we bribed some authentic smiles out of their spunky kiddos. Enjoy!

Justin + Jessica met through mutual friends while attending Transylvania University. After Justin graduated they made things official and have been enjoying of concerts, drinking bourbon, stand up comedy shows and their dog, Kobe, since 2012. For their engagement session we visited many places in Lexington they love- including Transy where they met, The Burl where they love to see shows, The Lexington Distillery District and a favorite bar of theirs, The Village Idiot, and ended the evening with some after dark photos in downtown Lexington.
