College sweethearts, Stephen and Molly, officially became the Gordinier’s at the Ashford Acres Inn in Cynthiana, Kentucky on a memorably stormy day in August. They shared a first look and vows on the front steps of the inn, danced beneath the giant trees and celebrated as only they could. I hope you enjoy some favorites from their wedding day!

This is a new chapter to a love story that began in 2008. High school sweethearts, these two have truly grown up together. They got engaged ten years almost to the day after they started dating and finally became Mr. and Mrs. Beath on a beautiful day this past May. The Horton’s are a special family to me because they were one of my very first weddings I ever photographed. Now every few years they invite me back to take pictures of their family and it is an absolute treat to see them as parents. They met me close to sunrise at Alms Park in Cincinnati with bagels and coffee and we bribed some authentic smiles out of their spunky kiddos. Enjoy!

For a couple who spent most of their lives living within 15 minutes of each other they finally started hanging out due to geographical convenience when they both moved to Cincinnati in 2016. Since then they’ve built a life together in Over the Rhine with their cats Godric and Helga. They got engaged last summer in the industrial loft home they share, much like Monica and Chandler did on “Friends”. Decidedly non-traditional, they chose to celebrate their love with a Friday elopement in Alms Park, portraits in Over the Rhine, the neighborhood where they fell in love, drinking at their favorite dives and a next day dance party at the Oscar Event Center with their favorite loved ones. Chris and Sarah started out as long distance friends from an internet game they played together but as life brought them geographically closer together their friendship blossomed closer too. Their love story continued to span thousands of miles as jobs, school and visiting family called for lots of time on the road both together and apart. Their hearts remained close regardless of the distance and lead them here- to their wedding day! They wed under cool Saturday with overcast skies on October 13th. THE 80’s. Anyone who was around for them secretly has their scrunchies, hot pants and prom dresses stored in closet waiting for their comeback. Joe + Tivoli found a few era treasures someone cast back into the world and strutted them to the Burl in Lexington, Kentucky for the 80’s prom!
