Meet John + Mary Catherine

This is a new chapter to a love story that began in 2008. High school sweethearts, these two have truly grown up together, enjoyed family vacations, supported each other through huge losses, college, career moves and so much more. They got engaged ten years almost to the day after they began dating and finally became Mr. and Mrs. Beath on a beautiful day this past May.

They day of their wedding was exceptionally hot but also windy enough that the breeze eased off the heat. As the last guests were seated for their ceremony, the chapel of Pax Christi Catholic Church filled with beautiful a cappella singing as their vocalist friends did what they do best. They exchanged rings as the late evening sun illuminated the church with a lovely glow and had a quick stop in the prayer garden before heading to their celebration.

The sky showed off for them, painting the barn a delicate shade of pink, as they arrived back to the Round Barn Stable of Memories for their party. It was a true Catholic affair, which means the bar was as busy as the dance floor and Superfecta kept the incredible energy rocking until the very end; MC even popped onto the mic to sing a song during the reception to the crowd’s delight.

I truly loved getting to be part of their wedding day. When I think back on it to write this post the first thing that comes to mind are huge smiles (there are some seriously infectious smiles and laughs in this family!) and a carefree vibe. Their day was effortless to enjoy and that would come as no surprise to anyone who knows this pair. :) J + MC I truly hope you love the way your day was documented and will treasure the images for years to come.
