Meet the Ao Family
Had a blast with Lin, her boyfriend Nick, parents and husky Roxy. We picked apples, laughed and watched Roxy sprint through the heavy hanging branches of the apple trees. It was a perfect fall day to be at Eckert Boyd Orchard.
The true treat came afterwards when they invited me back to the house to make homemade lamb and carrot dumplings. I documented this family tradition that they share and got to join them for dinner! In addition to the handmade dumplings we dined on lotus root, tasty mushrooms, tofu and bok choy shrimp. Lin- I hope you and your family love the images and thank you again for such a fun day! <3
