While on a family vacation to the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Addy, who’s 6, fell in love with the ornament display at the park and suggested that her mom, Cathy, and her fiancé of 3 years, Nate, should getting married there. After years of procrastinating the planning of a big wedding they took Addy’s suggestion seriously and put a wedding together in just 6 DAYS! Cathy’s grandfather officiated the ceremony and their closest family members (and a collection of horse park visitors that evening) watched them step inside the ornament and have an impromptu wedding ceremony. It was such a fun and special evening to document for them and all the magic happened after dark! We squeezed in a few portraits for them with the displays and merry-go-round before they headed off for their wedding dinner.
