Historic Home and Farm Engagement | Brent + Caroline

Brent and Caroline strolled hand in hand through the hot, humid evening light in the shadow of her family's historic home. As they laughed and hugged each other close a summer storm rolled in.

These two are known to roam (for life, business and fun!) but are bringing a few chapters of their love story back to Caroline's hometown in Lexington, Kentucky. 

Caroline recently lost her beloved horse, who she never got professional photos with, so we started the session with some portraits of her and her horse's sister.

Brent joined us and the three of us embraced the humidity and stormy weather (hello, beautiful sky) for a truly summer Kentucky evening capturing the love between them. Brent brings out Caroline's gorgeous smile and so much laughter, while Caroline brings out Brent's romantic side. It was such a joy to get to know them more, stroll through the fields and cap off the evening with a cool lemonade when a summer shower perfectly ended our session. The countdown to their fall wedding is officially on!
